A day in the life of a Junior Accountant

In this position, you will be performing various accounting and bookkeeping duties that may include…

• Depositing customer payments as well as applying these payments, company cash and check receipts to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Working with customers to reconcile payments and remittance, and resolving any discrepancies discovered in the process.
• Maintaining accurate logs of all deposits and spreadsheets of other activity for future analysis.
• Balancing, posting and reconciling payments for Carrier specific invoices received as well as assisting with various accounts payable procedures.
