Regal Air, Inc. is a small business in Fort Collins, CO. We are fast-paced, chellenging and rewarding. We are a small aviation surplus distributor located in Fort Collins, with under 5 employees. We do business with direct consumers, brokers, and bid on government contracts in the aviation industry. We carry civil and military rotary blade and fixed wing aircraft surplus parts. We have been in business since the 1970's with our location starting in 1993. We also lease property and storage at the old Fort Collins airport, as well as work with scrap metal for inventory that is no longer useable.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Onboard new inventory into our system
- Prep inventory for relocation
- Conduct research on inventory using books, parts catalogs, and information online
- Creating new listings for the company's eBay store
- Collect and analyze data on inventory
- Assist in pulling parts in offsite warehouse (company provides transportation)
- Operating a forklift as needed to keep the warehouse organized
Requirements:
- No prior experience required but is valued
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to research and learn new things to help contribute to a team
- Ability to learn and operate a forklift
