Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions at Regal Boats. This position will also work within the other functional areas of HR to ensure team member satisfaction.
Hourly Rate : $19 - $25

Key Responsibilities

Consults with Regal hiring manager to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
Organizes and attends job fairs, in-house hiring events, and other networking opportunities outside the organization to connect with the community.
Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.
Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
Works within other functional HR areas of the organization to ensure team members have a favorable experience with Regal. This includes:
Employee Events
Interacting with team members to solve routine issues
Participating in training
Assisting with IT, Payroll and Benefits issues that relate to team members
Participating in community events to represent Regal
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews
Excellent organizational skills
AA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines as it relates to recruiting and hiring
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates and promoting open positions
Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Manufacturing or marine industry experience
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time. The employee is frequently required to go into non climate controlled manufacturing facilities to connect with and assist management and team members with HR related issues. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds.
