Experienced Full Time Maintenance Technician for a Mobile Home Park.
40 hours per week
Salary is $35,000.00 -$40,000.00 per year based on experience.
Location: Ormond Beach, FL
Regal Pinewood is a Mobile Home Park Located in Ormond Beach, FL.. The qualified candidate will be able to provide maintenance at this location and will have experience in the following:
Responsibilities- Fixing water & sewer leaks
- Park grounds and area upkeep & landscaping
- Coordinating with vendors and overseeing projects
- Skills: Carpentry
- Plumbing (Must Have)
- Minor Electric
- Mechanical
- Maintaining equipment.
- Driver's License Required
- Some of your own minor tools
- This location is going through some exciting changes including the recent addition of new homes.
- The Maintenance Technician will be a team player and work closely with the Property Manager in a fast-paced, growing environment. They will be reporting to the Property Manager via CRM on the phone and in person.
