Digital Content Creator

Regal Lager, a distributor of high-end baby and children’s products located in Kennesaw, GA, is currently seeking a Digital Content Creator to create eye-catching graphics and “thumb-stopping” digital content for our growing brands. We are a small, but mighty, passionate, hard-working group looking for an extremely creative, digitally savvy content creator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create and design engaging content to share on brands’ social media accounts: Innovative Instagram Stories and Reels, Trending TikToks, Engaging Photos, Graphic Elements and Videos (including fast motion and other trends).
• Graphic Design: Design print collateral, retail packaging, product instructions, large format trade show materials, print and digital ads, website graphics and other graphic needs as they arise.
• Video Editing: Work with marketing team to plan, shoot and edit videos.
• Photography: Collaborate with team to shoot and edit minor product photography needs and assist with planning larger shoots with professional freelance photographer when needed.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technology and standards to bring new ideas and outside influences to all areas of design.

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in all industry leading design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator; ability to work in a PC environment preferred
• Excellent eye for photography, experience with lighting, composition and photo editing
• Understanding of multimedia/interactive design principles and ability to design for Web, Video and Animation a plus
• Extremely savvy with digital photo/video apps and curiosity to learn the latest and greatest
• Highly collaborative team player who works proactively with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail
• Passion for design and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in graphics, marketing, film or related field and 2-5 years of work experience
• Experience and interest in the Retail or Baby Industry a plus

Job Type: Full-Time with potential for some travel; Also open to two Part-Time positions
