Marketing Department-Health Education Coordinator
We are looking for a Health Education Coordinator to help support the Health Education Department.
This role would be responsible for providing administrative support to the health educators and registered dietitians in the health education department. This role would support the Health Education department with administrative tasks .
Essential Responsibilities include:
Help to synthesize data and prepare monthly activity reporting for health educators and registered dietitians.
Help assist with executing health information projects such as program flyers, websites, newsletters, informational displays and health events.
Adheres to established work schedules and practices effective time management.
Assist with reports, proposals, and documentation as assigned.
Knowledge of PC applications required, demonstrates working knowledge of Windows.
Other duties as directed by management.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree-Preferred
At least 2 years of health care or managed care experience
Strong interpersonal, written communication skills
Bilingual is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access & Power Point.
