What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Writer position at Regal Rexnord?
- The Technical Service Representative II will work with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls and web/email inquiries from external and internal customers
- Process customer orders using a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, drawing, or schedule form
- Coordinate large project orders, which may include a broad range of products
- Analyze and remove price holds on orders
- Conduct pricing reviews and purchase order terms and conditions reviews
- Track orders and inform customer of status
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of all interactions following proper procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to manufacturing by using the right tools/methods while following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist in developing procedures & provide technical information to field sales to allow them to be more self sufficient
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
