Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Parts Manager in the boat manufacturing industry. In addition to overseeing traditional parts management and responsibilities, the Parts Manager will play a crucial role in launching our online parts sales via e-commerce. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in parts management, excellent knowledge of boat parts and accessories, and a proven track record in e-commerce operations
Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000 per year

Parts Inventory Management
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and operations, including product catalog management, inventory synchronization, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience (2 years) in parts management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of parts and accessories, including identification, compatibility, and pricing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Work Environment
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature reaching over 100 degrees fahrenheit at times.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10 hour days with most of the time being on your feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
