What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Regency Integrated Health Services?
The primary role of our Administrator is to lead by example and oversee the direct day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the nursing facility.

Educational/Training Requirements
Bachelors or a master’s degree in a relevant subject area including: Accounting, Health Care, Healthcare Administration and Business Management.
Licensing Requirements
He/she must hold a current license, in good standing, issued by the State Board of Licensure for Nursing Home Administrators.
Experience Requirements
The Administrator must be qualified by training and experience, capable of making mature judgments, and have no physical or mental disabilities or personality disturbances which interferes with carrying out his/her responsibilities Proven track record of leadership and team building success; proven outcome of success with state survey
