Our mission is to provide concierge rehabilitation and wellness services to the aging population in order to empower lifelong independence. Our company is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a PRN/part-time capacity. Flexible, self-managed work schedule with weekday and weekend availability. Single location within senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Integrate yourself into our community and identify needs for skilled care.
- Provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy care in order to preserve and improve function of an aging population.
- Maintain an active role as part of a patient's healthcare team through clear communication.
- Coordinate with other healthcare practitioners including physicians, nurses, and nursing staff.
- Effectively document services and care.
Requirements
- Active licensure in the State of Illinois
- Active CPR Certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate, and communicative behavior
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Master's (Preferred)
