Regent Financial Group Inc., one of Omaha's leading Mortgage Lenders since 2000, is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill its Office Assistant position. This position provides support to many facets of the office environment with a great variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Answers/Routes incoming calls and greets visitors
Provides office support in key areas of the mortgage process
Manages/Maintains office filing systems
Maintains/Creates a variety of office documents
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions
Proficient data entry and 10 key skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
