This is a FLSA non-exempt position. The Adult Mobile Crisis Case Manager Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult will be located in the Northwestern CSB catchment areas and will provide mobile crisis response to catchment area homes, and community settings. Mobile crisis response will include assessing crisis situations and providing de-escalation and support for the consumer in crisis. The Case Manager will have ongoing support and clinical guidance from their supervisor. This position serves the Northwestern CSB catchment area and will require the Case Manager to work from home and in the field to meet the needs of their CSB.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The incumbent must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in a behavioral health or human services related field. A minimum of 1 year of documented clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification as a QMHP-A is required.
POSITION LOCATION: Remote - Northwestern CSB catchment area
GRADE: 9
Starting salary $20.02 per hour
SCHEDULE: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with hours subject to change in relation to service expansion.
