RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the dealership’s objectives and strategic vision
- Ensures company compliance with current applicable labor laws
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development compensation and benefits
- Provides senior management with an interpretation of current HR policies and may facilitate the training of managers and supervisors on HR programs and policies.
- Management of entire HR organization and oversight of all HR functional areas to include performance management, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and staffing.
- Develops and conducts presentations to employees and managers on a variety of HR subjects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Previous experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous automotive experience is a huge plus
- Requires experience and ability to manage staff across multiple locations
- Must possess conflict management and resolution skills
- Customer focused and success leader with a high level of credibility
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills
