Position – Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst position is classified as supporting an administrative support department for the Regional Care Group network. The incumbent hired will represent Regional Care Group network on official communications.

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent quantitative research skills, and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.

Essential Functions:

• Develop, document and update computer training material for the department and facility staff
• Work with Director and Manager to trouble-shoot problems and set standards for best practices in regards to computer systems
• Act as a liaison between IT and PFS Department
• Create daily, monthly and yearly reports as needed
• Maintain support files and fee schedules as requested

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare organization with a focus on billing & collections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.52 - $27.98 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
