Job Description
Are you looking for a change of careers into the administrative and healthcare field in a professional office setting? If so, the job could be the perfect fit for you. RHC is currently searching for Referral Coordinators for our Waterville, ME office. In this role, you would serve as the point of contact for referring doctors' offices and hospitals, and start the initial process for patients to receive CPAPs, BiPAPs, and other durable medical equipment. We offer a team-based environment with extensive training to ensure confidence and success of our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with referring doctor’s office via telephone, and email to provide service for patient referrals
- Interact with patients via telephone and email to provide support and information
- Gain knowledge of company respiratory products and services
- Update and maintain patient account information
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Service-oriented with a passion to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily workflow
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new data management platforms
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-pace environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
