The Loan Sales Coordinator works closely with their branch team members to help create a world class customer experience from loan origination to closing. They analyze and collect the necessary data and verifications to help provide an efficient loan processing experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to all customers both over the phone and in-person.
- Expected to follow-up with customers by telephone to request loan verifications and documents need to close loans.
- Collect and organize loan verifications and calculate qualifying income.
- Ensure all loans meet compliance standards set by policy and procedures.
- Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security.
- Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company policy.
- Fill-in branch duties when called upon including processing credit loan applications and using product knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers.
- Help with monthly Branch Self-Assessment responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Data entry proficiency.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
- Must pass drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks.

This position works in an office environment providing customer services to customers and potential customers in person and over the phone. Typical schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
