Low Voltage Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various low voltage systems, including CCTV, IDS, security systems, fire alarms, and computer networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and possess relevant certifications.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, security systems, fire alarms, and IDS.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on low voltage systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions with low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for system installations.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on low voltage systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users regarding low voltage system operation and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in low voltage technology.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including CCTV, IDS, security systems, fire alarms, computer networking, and telecommunication.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and technical drawings.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing low voltage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
