Regional West Health Services (RWHS) is an independent, not-for-profit integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to assist in the operations of the Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC).
This individual is broadly charged with aligning the business and practice management functions with the philosophy and direction of the RWHS and RWPC to assist physicians and employees in fulfilling their responsibilities.
To serve this mission, will assist the RWPC President in promoting the health services provided by RWPC to the community, and will work with RWHS leadership to ensure continuity and alignment of services between RWPC, RWMC, the health system and communities served.
