Cardiology Business Systems Supervisor

Join our Cardiology team as a Business System Supervisor! The Supervisor provides leadership, direction, organization, and administration of daily business processes. This position supervises the day-to-day functions of the Cardiology Coordinators to ensure consistent and smooth operations for patient and staff satisfaction. With a thorough knowledge of Cardiology Services strategic plans, goals and functions, will plan and lead changes to improve service delivery across the Cardiology Service Line. This position will serve as a project manager for the Cardiology department. This position is also responsible for data management and will be relied upon by physicians, APP’s, and other leaders for accurate reports. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field
• Four years of office experience including: two years of staff supervision, two years of project oversight, and two years of experience with information systems and office equipment.
• Previous experience with quality/process improvement methods is a plus!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong computer skills, with extensive experience in the Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Working knowledge of scheduling systems
• Ability to understand, implement and monitor care improvement, patient service and access data and processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage resources and staff within budget requirements

Additional Information:

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift weekday position working in St. Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $32.94-$43.93 per hour, based on education and experience. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and eligible for benefits.
