Job Description:
At Regions, the Contact Center Small Business Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for Small Business clients on a variety of financial products and services.

Primary Responsibilities
Researches and resolves complex banking issues for small business customers
Provides small business customers with ongoing technical support by phone for online banking services which can be complex
Performs remote troubleshooting for small business customers through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Refers small business customers to an internal team of experts when financial goals and needs are recognized
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED

If applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:
Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this information.
Upload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this information.
Must test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or provide documentation from provider.
Satellite internet cannot be used. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders is not permitted when using Regions Equipment. Ethernet cable must be directly connected from the Internet Router to the Meraki device (provided by Regions).

Preferences
One (1) year of experience in customer service or sales

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Ability to work under direct guidance
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Schedule:
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $37,440.00 USD
Median: $43,700.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
