Job Description:

At Regions, the Investment Operations Specialist provides operational support within the Investment Services division.  This support may include, but is not limited to reporting, customer account maintenance, or providing agent support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processes routine transactions, reviews documents, reconciles transactions, researches inquiries, and has some contact with customers
• Reviews all account maintenance and service requests for required documentation and processes all maintenance and service requests accurately and timely according to established procedures and service standards
• Ensures accounts are opened and coded correctly
• Provides support for front-office colleagues specific to operational procedures, processes and guidelines

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years experience in related field
• Previous administrative and/or customer service experience
• Prior experience with databases such as Access, Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL)

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
