ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR
SITE OF SERVICE:
Corporate Office, Rockledge, FL.- Hybrid
FLSA: Salary Exempt
JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee the recording and collection of customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing and payment.
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of related experience preferred.
- Experience with collecting government contracts accounts receivable is a plus.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Ensures billings are correctly submitted to WAWF in a timely manner with all appropriate backup.
- Ensures rejected invoices are promptly addressed, correcting any discrepancies in accounts or billings.
- Facilitates prompt working of the outstanding A/R by maintaining communication with the CORs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with recruiting, interviewing, and training new accounting clerks.
- Coaches and provides oversight of accounting clerks.
- Manages and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the status of A/R at all times, communicating when needed.
- Serves as the lead go-to employee when questions pertaining to A/R arise.
- In conjunction with management, provides constructive and timely performance evaluations to the accounting clerks.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Teamwork skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential. High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
