Registrar Corp is actively seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the more technical and data-driven aspects of our marketing endeavors. Drawing on your expertise, you will oversee the operational side of our marketing automation platform, including HubSpot, and other marketing solutions. Your strategic approach will ensure that our processes are finely tuned, empowering our team to execute campaigns with precision and effectiveness. Through the implementation of workflows and automation, you will streamline our marketing efforts, minimizing manual tasks and maximizing efficiency.

Role information:
Managing the operational side of our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) and other marketing solutions, ensuring our processes are optimized, and enabling the team to deliver campaigns effectively.
Creating compelling and readable marketing reporting to prove success with our strategic campaigns across the board.
Creating a marketing attribution system with an associated revenue model.
Creating a full funnel dashboard tracking prospects from inquiry source down to revenue.
Creating workflows and automation that streamline marketing efforts and reduce manual labor.
Work cross-functionally to design and deploy automated email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects, grow awareness, and deliver a positive customer journey.
Understand and provide lead attribution data and other marketing analytics, using dashboards and monitoring marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing-sourced leads across the entire funnel.
Identify new opportunities to engage prospects and utilize our immense database.
Understand industry trends and regulatory processes regarding FDA and other Import/Export policies.
Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results.
Skills:
Should be a self-starter with a tenacious desire to problem-solve and experiment with our target audiences and geographic locations across multiple product lines
Strong organizational qualities and track record of effectively working with other departments/teams
Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good judgment
Creative ability to develop new copy and messaging strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
3 years of experience in configuring HubSpot as a marketing automation platform and CRM
Experience in creating integrations across various systems, primarily through APIs, to create a full funnel dashboard tracking KPIs for each phase
Experience with GA4 and various ad platforms including, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Meta to extract key data and publish self-serve dashboards
Experience implementing and managing various tags to ensure proper attribution and reporting
3 years of experience in reporting marketing analytics, preferably Tableau
Experience with ETL to get the data needed from various systems and into a usable format
