Regulatory Compliance Associates® Inc. (RCA) provides worldwide services to the pharmaceutical, biologic, sterile compounding, biotechnology, and medical device industries for resolution of compliance and regulatory challenges. We understand the complexities of running a life science business and possess areas of expertise that include every facet of R&D, operations, regulatory affairs, quality, and manufacturing.
RCA is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator. This work can be performed remotely, though some travel might be expected. This is a full-time employment opportunity working 40 hours/week.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Operations Coordinator provides support for project, program/operational managers and RCA leadership by: assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules, providing detailed task-orientated project and budget reports and executing various other job functions related to the project. This individual will work alongside the senior operational managers and leadership to learn and develop operations and project coordination skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Sales & Operations monthly updates, monthly meetings and maintenance.
Responsible for:
- Managing projects from initial project kick off through delivery of final deliverables
- Completion of project close out memos in Salesforce
- Weekly expense and timecard review and approval
- Project tracking including client deliverables, timelines and budget
- Review of Run Rate Report
- Consultant management
- Participate in client meetings to review project progress, scribe action items and notes, as needed
- Ensuring resources are meeting client expectations with a focus on delivering consistent levels of exemplary service
REQUIREMENTS :
- 2-4 years’ project management experience with an interest in further developing their skills to manage large complex projects. This resource may take on additional roles and responsibilities based on their experience, as needed.
- This position requires knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of software, as well as a general understanding of the life sciences industry with experience managing small to mid-size projects.
- PMP and/ or BS in technical field (Life Sciences, Engineering, etc.), relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solving, compilation & analysis, investigative research, organization & prioritization, and effective communication.
