What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Cost Analyst position at Regulus Group?
Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of cost analysis and estimation for government clients in the aviation industry in support of acquisition programs.
- Provide analytical solutions, including development of program life cycle cost estimates (LCCEs), alternative analyses, economic analysis, and other business case documentation.
- Conduct data collection and analysis, life cycle cost estimating, model development, cost risk analysis, affordability assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and other technical analyses as needed.
- Self-manage work assignments, contribute to quality, on-time deliverables, make identifiable contributions to customer success
- Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration
- Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment and participate in knowledge sharing opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, math, engineering, or operations research. Master's Degree is desired.
- 10 years of relevant experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cost analysis and proficiency in use of cost estimating and risk tools such as ACEIT, SEER-SEM, @RISK and Crystal Ball.
- Knowledge of government acquisition processes and experience in the development of models and databases is desired
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance

Salary Range:
The listed salary range serves as a general guideline. Regulus Group considers several factors when determining final base salary offers, including the specific scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, location, education, skills, and contract assignment.
