REGYMEN Fitness is one of the hottest trends in fitness and is currently growing across the country. Our workouts are based on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) spiced up with an electric workout experience in a unique studio atmosphere. Our nutrition programs are developed by experts and overseen by certified nutrition coaches who tailor services specifically to support our client’s individual goals. We are looking for a HIGHLY motivated Studio Director who has strong leadership and management skills to drive their team to success. The Studio Director is responsible for leading and developing their team by empowering them to reach their goals and grow the studio. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Reports directly to Ownership
  • Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
  • Recruits, trains, develops, and supervises Front desk staff
  • Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems
  • Responsible for team achieving key performance sales indicators
  • Oversees revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facilities maintenance
  • Presents sales, revenue and expense reports to Ownership
  • Creates and maintains Front desk staff’s schedules
  • Audits all daily forms and ensures accuracy in reporting to Ownership
  • Oversees studio social media management
  • Proficient in all IT operating systems
  • Provides and maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Provides effective decision-making regarding customer service issues
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min 1 year of Leadership/Management experience REQUIRED
  • Proven sales leadership REQUIRED. Min 1 year of previous sales or managing Fitness studio experience REQUIRED
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field REQUIRED
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to network with other businesses and organizations to reach partnerships of mutual benefit
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training staff in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be solution-based and results-oriented, with ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
  • Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word)
  • Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow systems
  • Have a Growth Mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
