What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Specialist position at Rehabilitation & Performance Institute?
Health Care can be confusing and complex for patients. The role of the patient services specialist is to remove the confusion and complexity for our clients by being understanding and communicating transparently and effectively.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Answering the phone
- Scheduling patients
- Taking payments
- Faxing and scanning patient documents
- Interacting with patients
- Being informed on the services provided
Medical office experience is not necessary, but preferred.
We prefer a candidate that is willing to work:
M&W: 7:30am to 5pm
T&Th: 8am- 2pm
F: 9am to 12pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
