Reich Installation Services is looking to add to our growing team! We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-English Site Administrator to assist our Management Team. Our Team works with customers on site to meet expectations and deliver install services in a safe but timely manner. This position requires to travel.
Essential Functions
Hilti Tool Inventory
RIS Material Inventory (including tool room)
Equipment Inventory
Machine Inventory
Ensure the installation team is following HR policies and procedures.
Follow up on any HR inquiries including investigations if necessary.
Elevate HR situations to HQ when needed.
Comfortable providing trainings and documentation as needed.
General knowledge of State HR and Labor policies
Timesheet submission
Payroll support
ADP Support
Updating Supply Tracker
Tracking site vacation time and request
Creating incident reports (back up to Safety Coordinator)
Other duties as assigned.
