Switchboard Operator

Operates a computer activated telephone switching system to receive and transfer incoming and outgoing calls as received.  This position is also responsible to monitor other systems that are installed in the Switchboard/PBX office which are related to the security and fire systems.  This position assists others with communication, notification and informational needs in a manner that is consistent with the C.A.R.E. standards.
