With a passion for pest management and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we're seeking a highly motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating leads and driving sales in the Charleston area. You'll engage with potential customers directly at their doorstep, offering our top-tier pest control services and promoting our company's values of integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in designated neighborhoods.
  • Educate customers about our pest control services, including our environmentally friendly solutions and customized treatment plans.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, addressing customer concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of pest control industry or related field is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
