Overview:
Reinforce It Behavioral Health is looking for a compassionate, attentive, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with individuals that are diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. The right candidate will be supervising cases under a 2-tier model.
The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), be empathetic and compassionate, maintain a level of confidentiality and respect, as they work with the client and their family.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' behavior and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto registration and auto insurance
- Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
