Leasing Consultant

```Duties```
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities
- Provide accurate information about the property, including floor plans, pricing, and lease terms
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on potential residents
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from residents
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and lease agreements
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents

```Experience```
- Previous experience in property leasing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices
- Familiarity with lease contracts and rental applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Experience working with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is desirable

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
