Sales Effectiveness Manager - REMOTE

Job Description Summary Sonesta is seeking a talented and driven candidate to serve as a department Manager and Senior Analyst supporting the on and off property sales functions. This position will report to the Director of Sales Effectiveness and will be exposed to the entirety of the hotel sales lifecycle. The primary objective of the Manager is to support hotel sales efforts by improving both efficiency and competitive performance through insights derived from available data. The ideal candidate has experience within a sales organization or function. Primary responsibilities are outlined below: Job Description Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include: Reporting Developing (Excel VBA, Tableau, Power BI); running efficiencies and maintain reporting Matrix. Process Streamlining. Analytics to improve organizations sales effectiveness. Monitor sales systems implementation Analytics to support Senior Leadership and Ownerships Key lead on Tableau, BI and Sales Force Organizing and leading sales training programs. Special Sales Effectiveness Projects: outline, design, develop, implement and measure. Transition reporting to the new BI reporting. Help coordinate team schedules & task assignments. (streamline day-to-day activities) Coordinate department cross training/coverage. Monitor reporting team and SLA’s and act as department ambassador with internal stakeholders. Be a liaison with external vendors for system implementations or improvements.
