Rejuv Medical is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to help develop and grow our Edina location. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with an philosophical style of "lead by example" and "servant leadership." Candidates must be able to learn and adapt "standard" clinic practices with our unique model, to ensure appropriate growth, staff development, and the highest patient care.
Summary: Clinic Manager reports to Rejuv's Clinic Director. Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring quality care to clients and patients. In addition, responsible for training and leading clinic employees, interns, and support staff with direct responsibility for the accountability and performance of the clinical team, lab, and other future departments. This position will work closely with the Clinic Director and other Executive Team members in developing and implementing the strategic plans and establishing department goals to support the strategic plan; holding teams accountable and developing them to reach their peak professional best in support of our overall business model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Clinic Director and other Executive Team members to formulate strategies and plans for the clinical department.
2. Responsible for onboarding new employees, training existing employees, auditing clinic operations.
3. Create and manage employee schedules.
4. Oversee patient care.
5. Monitor ordering of clinic supplies and costs in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
6. Collaborate with Clinic Director in developing and implementing effective policies for all clinic related operational procedures and processes.
7. Assist Clinic Director in adopting and implementing innovative nursing practices to improve our facility.
8. Identify patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
9. Recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring of Clinic staff.
10. Manage clinic operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing organizational policies and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
11. Establish a compassionate work environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families while maintaining professional and ethical boundaries, and positional awareness.
12. When necessary, provide further information to patients and health care team by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests when responsible primary team members require additional assistance.
13. Oversee and ensure patient documentation accuracy.
14. Review departments Job Descriptions annually for up-to-date accuracy.
15. Assist Clinic Administrator in developing and monitoring essential Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for department staff.
16. Conduct annual reviews of staff and making wage/salary increase recommendations based on KPI's, Management Improvement Projects (MIP's), and other non-bias markers (attendance, safety, behavior, teamwork, etc.).
17. Assist Clinic Director with evaluating budgets and review financials with Finance to create reports and provide cost saving recommendations.
18. Offer recommendations to decision-makers on ways to improve Clinic operational efficiencies.
19. Assist Clinic Director with managing revenue saving / increase projects as deemed essential to growth and development of the organization.
Assist Clinic Director in the responsibility of healthcare compliance and healthcare staff credentialing.
Assist Clinic Director in GAP and root cause analysis audits for patient full-life cycle performance based on Rejuv Medicals health and wellness model.
22. Perform annual risk assessment audits in department to ensure staff and patient/client well-being and safety are secured and provide recommendations to Clinic Director as necessary.
Required education, knowledge, skills, and other abilities:
Education:
· Current LPN License in the state of MN
Minimum Required Experience:
· 5 years' nursing experience
· 2 years’ experience as a Clinic Lead
· Nurse Manager experience in clinical supervision for 3 years
· Able to lift 50 pounds.
Computer Skills:
· Proficient with computer systems, EMR systems, and advanced MS Office skills
Trainings / Certifications:
· Current CPR and BLS certification
· Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification (within 2 weeks of employment)
· Project Management Essentials Certification (within 2 weeks of employment)
Dress Code / Uniform:
· Scrubs required in accordance with Rejuv Medical Dress Code Policy
Technical Requirements:
· Hands-on experience with Medical database systems
· Understanding of Lean Operating Principles
· Project Management

· Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry
· Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
