We are currently hiring for the following:

Landscape Foreman

We have over 10 years experience in landscaping, hardscapes, outdoor living and snow removal. We promise challenging and rewarding projects, competitive pay and a family work life balance. We also carry a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management with a emphasis in marketing and continue our education in landscape design and horticulture, this allows us to create custom design for each client. We are located out of Princeton, MN.

Job responsibilities include,

A clean driving record with Medical card, more pay if you have a CDL A

*Vast knowledge of landscape materials, tools, and skills used in production

*Ability to read, understand, and implement landscape plans/designs and determine grades.

*An understanding of irrigation and low-voltage installs/maintenance

* Horticulture and plant identification skills

*Ability to operate landscape machinery, power equipment, and hand tools and ability to perform general maintenance.

*Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, remain standing/sitting for extended periods of time, and be able to lift 50# to shoulder height

*Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to supervise projects from start to finish while constantly reviewing status of jobs with Project Managers, Designers, and Clients

*Ability to work minimum of 8 to 10 hours / day for 5-6 days from approximately April to November. Snow removal will run November thru April and potential full time building pallet furniture in a heated shop.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

• Princeton, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
