Key Responsibilities:

- Write and prepare grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents, in accordance with the requirements of funding agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and business development professionals, to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals.
- Manage the grant application process from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met, and all required materials are submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of grant opportunities, applications, and outcomes, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in grant writing and funding mechanisms within the medical device and biotechnology industry.
- Assist in the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to support grant funding opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, biomedical engineering, communications) required; advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years proven experience in grant writing for medical device or biotechnology research, preferably in a corporate or academic setting.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and persuasively.
