Relatient is currently searching for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our Product Management organization. This position will work across internal departments to successfully plan, organize, and execute project plans for product launches of new and enhanced products. The Project Manager must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Additionally, this position will have an opportunity to engage with our clients through advisory boards, user groups and webinars.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Show strength both commercially and technically while being comfortable engaging stakeholders across internal operational and client facing teams. Meeting with them and ensuring that their individual needs and dependencies for success are documented and managed.
  • Project Management - Tracks and ensures product launches move through the product launch phases, with appropriate approvals as applicable. Identifies goals and target objectives to be tracked against. Deliver effective change management and understanding risks and dependencies between product program and deliverables. Facilitates status meetings, meeting minutes, status reports and project plans to support launches.
  • Organizational readiness: Support, Implementation, and Client Success teams are prepared to support and onboard customers; they understand the changes, have updated their operating procedures and are ready to implement and support the new product offering
  • Go to Market Readiness: Ensure marketing, sales and account executives have talking points and materials to ensure product/offering able to meet sales targets, and adoption rates.
  • Beta/Early Adopter Coordination – If an initiative requires a beta or early adopter, the Project Manager may also be responsible for coordinating with identified clients, gather feedback, and synthesizing information back to Product Management, Product Marketing and/or R&D.
  • Client Fulfillment and Adoption – Engaging in driving activities that increase adoption of new enhancements or offerings. This may be through contributing/supporting client advisory boards, user meetings and/or webinars.
  • Other Duties as Assigned - As we are a growing organization, there may be other responsibilities assigned to support the Product Management organization


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years experience in project management in a software development organization or implementation of software products
  • Proven work experience in project management in information technology and healthcare sector using recognized PMI methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesis information from multiple constituents
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to lead multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross functionally to resolve complex issues to satisfy objectives within designated time frames
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
