Job Posting for Office Manager/Receptionist at Relationship Therapy Center

Hours 8am-4pm Monday-Wednesday Involves registering new patient info,submitting info to Billing Company. Scheduling patients appointments. Must be able to interact with Billing Company and follow up on accounts. Should be familiar with medical practice, have concept of insurance deductibles and co-pays etc. Requires friendly and warm interaction with patients and their family. Confidentiality is critical

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chattanooga, TN 37404: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
