Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on the Relay Sales team, driving sales strategy, and generating revenue for the business
- Consult with customers, designing technical solutions that optimize the value of the Relay product
- Conduct customer-facing technical sales calls, educating prospects on technical specifications, while gathering requirements for implementation
- Build strong trust-based relationships with C-Level buyers
- Analyze and present information in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify opportunities that are at risk and proactively develop and execute mitigation plans
- Manage project timelines, ensuring speed to close and speed to launch
- Think and act in ways that put our customers first
- Identify end execute the development of sales and technical resources required for the sales process
- Work closely with technical resources within Relay to share best practices and assets
- Support product launch activities
- Drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle

Relevant Experience
- 5 years of experience in technical consulting or customer service, or other customer-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding on business intelligence & data platforms, sales tooling, and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- High level of trust and professionalism
- Strong relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of the Enterprise SaaS sales world; including identifying customer pain and delivering solutions
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and inquisitive
- Salesforce experience, is preferred
- B2B and/or B2C SaaS experience, is a plus
