Job Description
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Vertical SME who will report to the Vertical Enablement Lead. This leader will be responsible for:
- Supporting Client Partners, sales, and marketing staff by creating and delivering proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their vertical
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needs
- Creating and delivering a training curriculum to the PO team and organization, to ensure that vertical knowledge is built across the organization
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience within Healthcare
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following:
- Clinical staff management and scheduling
- Payer Care Management
- Claims Management
- Medical Billing
- Risk Management
- Compliance
- Device manufacturing
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in mentoring and training more junior team members
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites, as needed
Responsibilities
The leader’s success in this role will be measured by the ability to successfully execute the below functions:
- Playing a key role in Pre – and Post-Sales activities by creating content and participating in customer meetings
- Assisting in Business Proposal preparations and combining business needs with domain solutions
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry in order to deliver proper messaging and solutions to customers
- Developing a training curriculum and delivery plan to deliver to PO team and organization on a quarterly basis
- Supporting PO in mining opportunities at the Customer level, based on the domain they represent
- Assisting Delivery team(s) to identify candidates with required skills and experience, and providing periodic and ad hoc training sessions to close any knowledge gaps raised by the team
- Acting as the domain evangelist for Relevantz
- Create Business Landscape at customer sites, based on Business Needs
- Educating customers on new technologies being used to solve problems in this domain
