Inside/Outside Sales Estimator

Job description

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Estimator in the Foundation Waterproofing/Plumbing industry for commercial and high-end residential work. Candidate will be responsible for bidding, negotiating, and takeoffs on various projects. No cold calling! You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is growing, driven, and detail-oriented. You must take the time to understand the products. You will exercise good judgment in various situations and must be organized to be adaptable to shifting company needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales/Marketing or Estimating
• 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
• Detailed Oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in the plumbing, drainage and foundation waterproofing industry a plus
• An energetic self-starter that is able to multi-task.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn our current dispatch system.
• Skills or experience with personal computers, including electronic E-mail, personal scheduling, word processing.
• Consistently follow-up with customer to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Ability to think "Out of the Box" and be creative.
• Must have a flexible work schedule.
• A valid state driver's license
