Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new Floor Care sales in an assigned territory.
- Promote, sell, and secure sales from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, through lead generation. Effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients through e-mail, telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings that include floor inspection/measurement, needs analysis, quote development, sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed bids that outline the scope of work, project timeline, pricing breakdown, and any relevant terms and conditions. Ensure that bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations and company profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all estimations, including scope of work, cost breakdowns, assumptions, and any supporting information. Update and revise estimates as needed based on changes in project scope or requirements.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Regularly provide updates and reports on sales performance to management.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of Floor Care to include industry services, competitor pricing, and target accounts by assigned markets.
- Identify and employ principles that expand Client offerings and add unique value that motivates buyers to do business with Reliable Cleaning.
- Perform Floor Care and cleaning demonstrations.
- Stay current with industry trends and monitor competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent related work experience
- 3 years of B2B experience in service-based sales role preferred. (Commercial Floor Care experience a plus)
- Proven ability to prospect, propose, negotiate and close a sale.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze project specifications and data.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel within in an assigned region of Northern Indiana.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (documentation, client presentations, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience interacting with Facility Managers, high level contacts and all levels within an organization.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications with familiarity using sales and customer tracking software (CRM.)
Benefits:
Earn $50k with draw plus commission. Company Medical Premium Partial Reimbursement after 60 days.
