This is a full-time on-site role as a Technician at Reliable Fire & Security in Alsip, IL. The Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to fire safety and security, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems, security systems, and other related equipment. The Technician will work closely with customers and team members to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge and experience in fire safety and security systems
- Strong technical skills in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems and security systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Experience in the fire safety and security industries is a plus
- Certifications such as NICET or ESA are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
