What a typical workday looks like
With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:
- Make every customer’s experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Make sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register.
- Clearly explaining return policies to customers.
- Answering the phone in a professional manner.
- Keep your work area clean and make sure you have everything you need to work efficiently.
- Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!).
- Performing other duties were needed to support the team.
