Part Time Field Reporting Specialist – Ground Only
Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for the collection of images and information regarding homes and businesses. This position interacts with policyholders, insurance agency personnel, and coworkers while maintaining a polite, professional manner and appearance. This position uses their own, personal vehicle, personal computer, and smart phone which will be used to obtain these images and information. Most of the workday will be spent outdoors collecting photos and information with the remainder of the workday being spent in the Field Rep’s home office. Some overnight travel may be required. The position is best suited for those that are goal-oriented, self-starters with good time management skills not requiring close supervision.
Competencies:
- Proficiency with personal computer.
- Proficiency with mobile smart phone.
- Proficiency with GPS or mapping tool.
- Good organizational skills.
- Consistently meet service, quality, and production expectations.
Physical Requirements:
- Be physically fit and able to drive, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
- Have good balance, being able to walk up/down inclines and across uneven ground.
Other Requirements:
- Dependable vehicle with valid insurance.
- Personal computer with internet service.
- Mobile smart phone.
- Mobile device compatible with Reliable Report’s Android based mobile application.
- Be in compliance with employee handbook and company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
