We are looking for an experienced Aaccounts Payable clerk to join the company. This associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

- Accounts Payable and weekly coding and management.
- Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations.
- Researching, tracking, and resolving accounting and/or documentation discrepancies.
- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Pay invoices, and post transactions into our system.
- Prepare and complete check runs.
- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Reconcile transactions.
- Maintain vendor files and payment history.
- Meet all monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines as required Including monthly reconciliations, quarterly reporting etc.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to all company standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills; Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, and Quickbooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in developing a competent team.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with external entities and company personnel.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize.
- 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance/working in a similar role.
