Job Posting for Freight forwarder at RELIABLE SHIPPING SERVICES INC
Our company is looking for a highly motivated individual to handle daily freight forwarding operations. We move quickly to keep up with our clients and the nature of our business.
Things can be a little stressful at times, but it’s what we do and ultimately, we’re a family and we all pitch in wherever is needed! We want to bring on people with the same attitude and those that want to grow with us.

What you'll do :
- Receive client purchase order(s) and manage lifecycle of product (order through delivery)
- Coordinate and maintain all schedules, retrieval, and delivery of goods
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide updates to clients and shipping partners overseas in a timely manner
- Schedule space on shipping containers and / or cargo air freight
- Accurately and thoroughly enter all data into systems
- Organize documentation with FDA and US Customs
- Clerical duties : answer phones, filing, data entry, and other office related work
- 1 years in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, import / export, or other operations type of experience
- Reliable come committed to work hard and we'll reward you
- Proactive attitude you get ahead of potential issues or challenges
- An eye for accuracy you double and triple check things
- Strong customer service skills you deal with the janitor like you do the CEO
- Excellent communication skills you handle all types of personalities and situations calmly
- Knowledge of CargoWise or GoFreight a plus
- Microsoft Office experience
- Knowledge of foreign language(s) is a plus all are welcome!
Our expectation is to have the team in the office 5 days a week. All hires have 2 weeks of paid vacation.
