Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the management of the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served within Reliance Care Solutions. You will be a critical member of the team as you will have direct accountability for day-to-day operations, employees, and clients.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the overall operations and services of Reliance Care Solutions.

· Developing, implementing, reviewing, and modifying policies, procedures, and budgets according to company standards.

· Supporting the HR department in hiring, training, developing and retaining quality employees.

· Overseeing a team of employees; including the direct supervision of the Residential Managers.

· Ensure services provided by Reliance Care Solutions meet and exceed county, state and federal regulations and standards.

Requirements

· At least 21 years of age.

· Able to read, write, and understand English.

· Minimum one (1) year of full-time paid work experience in the provision of specialized services.

· Minimum (1) year of full-time paid work experience with supervision of employees, development, oversight, and/or supervision of programs or services and financial management of an organization.

· A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or) Four years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience as a supervisor of specialized services. A letter on letterhead from a previous employer with contact information so that the department can verify the experience is required. Resumes are not accepted.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
