Your proven track record in client sales, client operations and carrier operations combined with great relationship-building skills along with the ability to think strategically while creating systems and processes, will allow you to shine in this management role. You will report directly to the President & CEO and will assist with the management of the existing team as well as creation of strategy and processes around which to scale the organization. You will work with the President to develop strategies for long term growth whereby Reliance captures maximum transportation revenue of our clients while building strong relationships with our partner carriers as we seek to make a lasting impact.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of freight brokerage experience including both sales and operations functions
- 2 years of management experience
- Carrier Operations & Sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well with a diverse group of people
- Displays a high level of integrity
- Excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Microsoft Office skills required with solid working knowledge of TMS
- Must be willing to live, work and/or relocate to the Charleston, SC area
