GENERAL DUTIES: Facilitate and support communication between employees, customers, and company. Assist with travel- coordination and reimbursement process. Assist Program Manager with tasks as needed. Organize and coordinate employee events. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Support recruiting and interview program, conduct orientation and training programs and help run exit interviews. Assist with resolving employee grievances and work issues to include counseling and disciplining using Company established procedures. Help maintain administrative records using an existing filing and retrieval system. Be available and responsive to employee needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to utilize Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook. Communicate with high level of professionalism, utilizing proper grammar, punctuation, and form, verbally and in writing. Ability to build and maintain positive rapport as first point of contact for various agencies. Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized. Maintain availability to ensure timely response to various needs across multiple departments. Ability to manage petty cash funds- records, balancing, and distribution. Perform Timekeeper duties with attention to detail and deadlines.
OTHER DUTIES: Additional duties may be assigned to support contract/mission support requirements in job-related areas.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR a minimum of three years’ experience as an Administrative Professional or Office Manager. Strong understanding of Human Resources functions a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Secret security clearance. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Candidate must pass pre-employment background screening and drug screening. Supports E-OMS operational objectives. Observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: May be required to work overtime. Sedentary to light work conditions. Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Required to lift, pull, or carry items of weight and size commensurate with job requirements.
